The Taming Of The Shrew by William Shakespeare - story version by Andrew Matthews

The Taming of the Shrew was originally a play by William Shakespeare but Andrew Matthews has retold it in this book as a narrative.

I read this book because I have read other Shakespeare books and I wanted to read this too.  It may seem like an easy read but it is an enjoyable book for all ages.  

What is this book about?

Bianca has suitors waiting to marry her but her older sister Katherina must be the first to marry.  Bianca is nice, gentle and soft, but unfortunately she is not anything like her sister.  She is fiery tempered.  She is known as the shrew and no man is brave enough to propose.  

Will she ever find love?

This book is easy to read but I still give it 5 stars out of 5 stars.
